Venezia FC Launches Premium Matchday Boat Experience in Venice

Venezia FC has launched La Serenissima, a new premium hospitality experience aboard a traditional Venetian-style vessel that carries guests from St. Mark’s Square across the Venetian Lagoon to Stadio Pier Luigi Penzo.

The club describes La Serenissima as its most exclusive hospitality product to date. Capacity is limited to 75 guests per match, with personalized service, premium food and beverage, and a round-trip voyage designed to turn transportation into part of the matchday experience itself.

The journey begins at St. Mark’s Square and winds through the lagoon before arriving at the island-based stadium. While the direct boat trip typically takes about 30 minutes, Elevate says the hospitality experience is designed to last roughly an hour, giving guests more time to take in the city and the surrounding views.

“It’s hospitality beyond four walls. We didn’t build a room, we built a vantage point.” – Drew Bryant, Chief Creative Officer, Elevate

Elevate designed the experience, with Italian firm Opera building the two-level vessel. The lower deck features dark interiors, high-backed leather seating, rich wood paneling, velvet accents, and warm olive green and cognac tones. The upper level is open-air and incorporates a landscaped rooftop garden inspired by the future Bosco dello Sport.

The vessel also features a premium food and beverage program and an exclusive cocktail bar on the upper deck. Venezia FC has not publicly identified a separate F&B operator or culinary partner for the experience in the two announcements.

The exterior carries a black marble-inspired livery with the golden Winged Lion of St. Mark, extending the club’s visual identity onto the boat and tying the hospitality product directly to Venice.

“We’re really letting the city shine. The interior sets the mood and we let the window deliver the moment.” – Drew Bryant, Chief Creative Officer, Elevate

La Serenissima can be purchased on a match-by-match basis or through a season package. Dynamic pricing starts at €300 and includes a match ticket. The boat will also be available for private events outside matchdays.

The experience will debut for Venezia FC’s opening home fixture of the 2026-27 Serie A season and operate for every home match. During the season, the club also plans invitation-only events aboard the vessel, giving selected guests opportunities to meet ownership, executives, and other club figures.

The project is part of a broader relationship between Venezia FC and Elevate, which has been named the club’s agency operating partner. Elevate will also support commercial growth and help identify brands that align with the club’s identity.

The result is a premium product built around one of Venice’s defining characteristics rather than a traditional stadium club or suite. By integrating transport, hospitality, F&B, city views, and match access into one product, Venezia FC has turned the journey to the stadium into a sellable premium experience.
