Torreense Unveils Estádio Manuel Marques Plans With Business Seats and VIP Boxes
The Portuguese club’s phased stadium rebuild starts with a new east stand featuring pitch-level premium seats, upper-tier business seating and enclosed boxes.
SCU Torreense has presented plans to rebuild Estádio Manuel Marques in Torres Vedras, Portugal, beginning with a new east stand. The club’s interactive project site shows four seating categories: standard seats, premium seats, business seats and enclosed boxes.
The proposed premium seats occupy the central block of the lower stand opposite midfield, close to pitch level. Business seats sit on upper levels facing midfield, with service from inside the stand. Torreense’s renderings show individual padded seats with screens in that area.
The boxes are planned as enclosed rooms with floor-to-ceiling glazing overlooking the pitch. Torreense says companies can tailor their interior branding, furnishings and chairs, with terms and pricing handled individually. Standard seating is shown on all four sides of the field.

The club has also opened discussion of stadium naming opportunities. Its project presentation does not state final seat counts, a construction cost, or a completion date, so those details remain to be announced.
Estádio Manuel Marques currently holds about 2,500, according to The Stadium Business. Torreense’s official project site provides the seating descriptions and concept renderings.
