Aramark Details Premium and Local Food Upgrades Across Seven Arenas

Aramark Sports + Entertainment has outlined new food, beverage and premium hospitality offerings across its seven arena partners for the 2026–27 NBA and NHL seasons. The changes pair local restaurant and chef partnerships with updates to clubs, suites and concessions.

At Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C., Aramark says The Collective will debut as part of a wider refresh of premium spaces, including the Founders, Signature, Executive and Innovative Suites. The Vault Suites will add a rotating chef residency featuring local chefs and restaurants. Joia Burger and Balos are among the new concession partners.

San Antonio’s Frost Bank Center will expand its all-inclusive Ledger Courtside Club for up to 100 additional guests. The event-level club includes a three-course chef’s-table dinner, in-seat beverage service, reserved parking and access to the glass player tunnel. The returning Spurs Culinary Residency Program will rotate local and minority-owned restaurants through the arena, while a new Local Co. concept will feature house-made items and local vendors.

At Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa, the plans include renovations to the ice-level restaurant and Player’s Lounge, plus updates to Brookstreet Lounge and Club Bell. Aramark says the clubs will add live-cooking stations and rotating menus; the Player’s Lounge will also be available for private events.

Elsewhere, Rocket Arena in Cleveland is adding Delia’s, a concept inspired by local restaurant Cordelia and chef Vinnie Cimino, alongside a renovated Swenson’s location and new bar area. SAP Center in San Jose will introduce new bars and a Sharks-branded food-and-beverage tray. PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh will add a rotating Insta-Grill menu, while Philadelphia’s Xfinity Mobile Arena will refresh concepts by Marc Vetri and José Garces and update menus across concessions, clubs and suites.
