Seat Unique, P1 Travel, and Circuit Hospitality Form Largest European Premium Hospitality Platform
The combination brings together ticketing technology, hospitality distribution and curated event delivery across sport and live entertainment, creating a broader premium inventory and international sales network for rights holders across Europe.
Seat Unique, P1 Travel, and Circuit Hospitality are combining under a broader group structure that expands their collective reach across premium sports and live entertainment. The three businesses will continue to operate independently, but now represent a larger premium experiences platform spanning direct-to-consumer sales, travel-linked hospitality packages, B2B distribution, and on-the-ground event delivery.
Seat Unique said the combined group now brings together more than £150 million in premium inventory, more than 500,000 official hospitality packages, and an audience generating 1.4 million monthly visits. The group also works with more than 140 clubs, venues, and promoters and sells into more than 150 countries, giving rights holders a wider international route to market at a time when premium inventory is becoming a more important commercial lever across sport, music, and entertainment.
Seat Unique brings the consumer-facing technology layer and white-label enterprise infrastructure already used by more than 50 clubs, venues, and promoters to sell premium packages directly. P1 Travel adds established expertise in official tickets and hospitality, particularly across European football and Formula 1, along with hotel-inclusive travel packaging and a broader international distribution network. Circuit Hospitality adds a UK-based hospitality sales and service operation with a strong foothold in Premier League football and premium event delivery for corporate and private clients.

For premium and venue executives, the business significance is less about a single acquisition headline and more about what the combined platform can offer across the full hospitality chain. Rights holders increasingly want help not only selling suites, club seats, and hospitality packages, but also reaching international buyers, packaging experiences more effectively, and managing pricing and distribution with better data. Seat Unique said the enlarged group is designed to give partners a more scalable way to manage and monetize premium inventory across multiple channels, languages, and currencies.
“Premium experiences are no longer niche - they’re becoming the standard for how fans engage with live events. Bringing together Seat Unique, P1 Travel and Circuit Hospitality allows us to move faster, go further, and offer something truly unmatched in Europe - better access for fans and more control for rightsholders.” – Robin Sherry, CEO, Seat Unique
The combination also reflects a wider shift in how premium hospitality is being packaged and sold. Seat Unique said cross-category engagement across the group is rising, with a 46% increase in customers switching between different types of live events year over year and a 72% increase in cross-selling. It also said customers attending events across multiple venues spend 67% more than those returning to the same venue, a sign that premium buyers are increasingly behaving less like single-event purchasers and more like repeat experience consumers across sport, music, and entertainment.

P1 Travel’s role is especially relevant for properties looking to reach traveling fans and international corporate buyers. The company has built much of its business around major destination events and top-tier European sport, and its ability to package official access with travel elements adds another layer to the group’s premium offer. That is a meaningful distinction for rights holders trying to capture demand tied to global events, marquee matches, and fly-in hospitality buyers rather than relying solely on local sales.
“Over the years, we’ve seen how quickly demand for premium live experiences has grown, with fans looking for easier access to the biggest events. By coming together, we’re able to connect international fans with official, trusted access at scale - while giving rightsholders a more powerful route to market.” – Ludo Hermans, Founder, P1 Travel
Circuit Hospitality brings a more service-led and bespoke hospitality dimension to the group, with experience delivering official packages and tailored live-event programs for clients tied to Premier League clubs and other major properties. That operational layer matters because premium growth is not only about expanding digital inventory. It is also about executing the guest experience around those products in a way that protects the value of the hospitality offer.
“Premium hospitality is about more than access - it’s about delivering exceptional experiences end-to-end. As part of this group, we can combine that operational expertise with greater reach and demand, creating a stronger proposition for both clients and rightsholders.” – Giles Smith, Sales Director, Circuit Hospitality
The structure follows Seat Unique’s March acquisition of P1 Travel and its earlier October 2025 acquisition of Circuit Hospitality, giving the company a larger foothold in premium distribution, travel packaging, and hospitality operations in less than six months. Taken together, the moves point to a more consolidated approach to premium live experiences in Europe, with rights holders offered a broader sales, service, and technology stack through a single group.
