Legends Global Launches Cross-Venue Premium Membership Across 10 UK Arenas

Access All Arenas gives businesses one flexible hospitality fund to use across 35 premium spaces and more than 1,000 annual events, creating a networked alternative to traditional single-venue corporate memberships.

Legends Global has launched Access All Arenas, a new corporate hospitality platform that allows businesses to use a single premium investment across 10 UK venues, 35 hospitality spaces, and more than 1,000 live events annually.

The program starts with a £20,000 investment and operates over a rolling 12-month period. Rather than committing an annual hospitality budget to one arena or a fixed number of events, participating companies can select from concerts, comedy, sport, theatre, family entertainment, and other programming across the Legends Global venue network.

The participating venues are AO Arena Manchester, first direct bank arena Leeds, OVO Arena Wembley, Utilita Arena Sheffield, P&J Live Aberdeen, Utilita Arena Newcastle, Sheffield City Hall, Vaillant Live Derby, Connexin Live Hull, and York Barbican.

Together, those venues give members access to 35 premium hospitality environments, including private suites, VIP lounges, restaurants, and bars.

“One of the biggest barriers to great corporate hospitality has always been locking a budget to a single venue or a single night. Access All Arenas changes that. One fund unlocks ten of the UK's most iconic arenas, 35 premium hospitality spaces and over a thousand world-class events a year through the Legends Global network. It's built for companies that entertain across regions, reward distributed teams, and need their hospitality to flex with the way they actually work.” – Gary Simpson, SVP Operations UK, Legends Global

The model is particularly suited to companies with employees, offices, or clients in multiple UK markets. A business could use the same membership for hospitality at an event in Manchester, followed by another experience in London, Leeds, Aberdeen, Newcastle, or one of the other participating markets.

Each member receives a dedicated account manager who coordinates bookings, availability, event selection, and guest requirements across the network.

The program can be used for client entertainment, employee rewards, team incentives, company celebrations, networking, charitable initiatives, and other corporate hospitality needs. Legends Global is also offering annual payment, installment, and multi-year partnership options.

Food and beverage offerings vary by venue, event, and hospitality package rather than following a single standardized program. Depending on the selected experience, packages may include premium dining and beverages, private bars, dedicated entrances, hosted service, lounge access, or suite hospitality.

Event inventory is subject to availability, particularly for high-demand performances, making Access All Arenas closer to a flexible hospitality fund than an unlimited-access subscription.

That distinction is important. The program does not create a new physical premium product inside the venues. Instead, it connects existing inventory across the portfolio and creates a single commercial platform through which companies can buy and manage hospitality.

At P&J Live, for example, existing products include Live Lounge, 14 on 1st, ShowDeck, private suites, and annual suite and ShowDeck memberships. Similar venue-specific clubs, lounges, suites, and restaurants across the other nine properties become accessible through the broader membership structure.

The platform gives Legends Global another way to monetize its venue network collectively rather than selling hospitality solely at the individual-building level. It also creates a broader corporate sales proposition for businesses that may not generate enough hospitality demand in any one city to justify a conventional annual suite or membership.

The model effectively turns premium inventory across multiple venues into a shared network, while allowing each arena to retain its own spaces, service model, and event calendar.

That approach differentiates Access All Arenas from traditional premium memberships that are generally tied to a single team, building, or seat location. A company’s hospitality spend can instead follow its clients, employees, or event preferences across different markets throughout the year.

The initiative also reflects the scale of the broader Legends Global venue portfolio. The company manages and operates hundreds of venues worldwide, giving it the infrastructure to potentially extend network-based hospitality concepts beyond a single arena or market.

For now, Access All Arenas is focused on the UK and brings together 10 Legends Global-operated properties under one premium sales platform, creating a corporate hospitality product built around flexibility, geographic reach, and access to existing premium inventory rather than ownership of a single suite or club membership.
