Freedom 250 Grand Prix Builds 70+ Luxury Suites Around National Mall Circuit
Three temporary suite structures will combine climate-controlled hospitality, premium F&B, concierge service, and views of the U.S. Capitol and Washington Monument for the inaugural INDYCAR weekend.
The inaugural Freedom 250 Grand Prix of Washington, D.C. will feature more than 70 luxury suites across three hospitality structures surrounding the 1.7-mile street circuit, creating a substantial temporary premium operation for the Aug. 22-23 INDYCAR weekend on the National Mall.
The climate-controlled suites will feature full walls, executive restrooms on all three levels, enclosed elevators within each structure, premium food and beverage, and concierge service. Verizon, Delta Airlines, and Gulfstream have partnered with the event around the three primary suite destinations, while Arrow McLaren will occupy hospitality space within the Delta structure.

The Monument Suites powered by Verizon will offer 30-person suites in a three-level structure positioned on 7th Street NW between Turns 4 and 5, adjacent to the Air National Guard Fan Zone and overlooking the Washington Monument.
The first level will also house the event’s Champions Club, a shared premium hospitality product offering a climate-controlled environment and all-inclusive food and beverage throughout the weekend. Unlike the private suites, individual Saturday, Sunday, and two-day passes remain available for the Champions Club.
The Delta 250 Suites will provide another distinct premium environment on 3rd Street NW. The three-level structure overlooks both the U.S. Capitol and the Start/Finish line, with 40-person suites providing direct views of pre-race activities, the green flag, and race finishes. Arrow McLaren will occupy the structure’s second floor during race weekend.
A third hospitality structure, the Gulfstream Suite, will be located on the east side of the Air National Guard Fan Zone near Turn 1 and adjacent to the Delta 250 Suites. Its location also provides views of the Start/Finish line and U.S. Capitol backdrop.
“Verizon, Delta Air Lines, Gulfstream and Arrow McLaren are all helping raise the bar on the overall hospitality experience at the Freedom 250 Grand Prix. With first-class service from the key vantage points along the Start/Finish line to Turn 1 and all around the National Mall circuit, the support and the drive of these partners will help us deliver an amazing experience and an unforgettable weekend for all of our suite guests on the streets of Washington D.C.” – Bud Denker, Chairman, Freedom 250 Grand Prix
The 1.7-mile, seven-turn circuit will run around the National Mall and past some of Washington’s best-known landmarks. The race weekend will feature the NTT INDYCAR SERIES, along with an International Race of Champions exhibition presented by Chevrolet, as part of the celebration of America’s 250th anniversary.
