Churchill Downs Adds Infield Turf Cabanas and Victory Run Seating for 2027 Derby
New 12-person turfside cabanas and temporary finish-line seating expand the two-day ticket lineup for the 153rd Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks.
Churchill Downs Racetrack has introduced two reserved seating options for the 153rd Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks: Infield Turf Cabanas for groups of 12 and temporary Victory Run Reserved Seating just beyond the finish line. Tickets went on sale October 8 for the April 30–May 1, 2027 race weekend.
Infield Turf Cabanas
The covered cabana tables sit along the turf course, with views of the first turn and the Derby and Oaks walkover. Each accommodates 12 guests. Nearby amenities include executive restroom trailers, concessions and new bar concepts. The two-day package costs $480 per ticket; food and beverages for infield tickets are sold separately.

Victory Run Reserved Seating
The temporary Victory Run area offers stadium-style tip-up seats just past the finish line. Most of the area has overhead coverage, with access to the paddock, restrooms, bars, concessions, and wagering facilities. The two-day all-inclusive package costs $1,632 per ticket and includes food, alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks, a daily program, off-site parking and shuttle service.
Churchill Downs also expanded the Homestretch Club, Turfside Reserved Seating and infield general admission inventory for the 2027 races. The temporary Victory Run seats precede a permanent four-story premium hospitality project that Churchill Downs says is scheduled to debut for the 2028 Derby.
