VisioLab Deploys 39 AI Self-Checkout Units at Williams-Brice Stadium
Aramark added camera-based self-checkout across six concession markets for South Carolina football. VisioLab reports record results but has not released figures.
Aramark Sports + Entertainment has deployed 39 VisioLab AI self-checkout units across six concession markets at Williams-Brice Stadium, home of University of South Carolina football. Aramark announced the installation as part of its 2026 college football food-and-beverage program.
The units use computer vision to identify food and drink items placed in a checkout area, allowing guests to review their order and pay without scanning each barcode.
VisioLab said the rollout produced record transaction throughput and revenue across its first three games at the stadium. The company did not disclose transaction counts, revenue totals or a comparison period, so the scale of the increase is not public.
The installation is among the technology additions Aramark introduced for its college venue clients ahead of the 2026 season.
