Miami Grand Prix Expands Paddock Club by 115,000 Square Feet for 2027
A three-level extension will add tiered seating and views of Turns 1–3, taking the hospitality complex to roughly 305,000 square feet.
The Miami Grand Prix is adding a 115,000-square-foot extension to its Paddock Club for the 2027 race at Miami International Autodrome.
The three-level addition will extend from the start/finish straight toward Turn 1, with views of the first three corners. Some sections will introduce tiered seating, while the design also includes a rooftop terrace and improved entry and exit routes. The expanded Paddock Club is expected to total approximately 305,000 square feet and accommodate about 9,200 guests, according to project architect HOK.
The extension will replace the temporary Vista Club structure, which has been assembled and removed for each race. It follows the opening of Miami’s permanent Paddock Club building in 2023. HOK and ROSSETTI are working on the new addition.
The project will also provide a permanent, year-round home for Precision Drive Club. Planned facilities include a workshop with pit-lane access, coaching and simulator labs, a private members’ lounge, meeting rooms and a kitchen for the club’s dining program.
The race’s current Paddock Club lineup includes Casa Tua Trackside Club, MIA Club, The Rooftop Club and private suites. The event’s ticket site has not yet specified how the new extension will be divided among those products.
“We wanted to not only make the Paddock Club bigger to meet demand, but differentiate the experience into something new and unique.” — Tom Garfinkel, Managing Partner, Miami Grand Prix
