Chicago Fire Unveils Three Luxury Seating Products for McDonald’s Park
The club’s 600-seat luxury lineup includes an 80-seat Chairman’s Club, field seats with tunnel access, and four-to-six-person loges at its 2028 stadium.
Chicago Fire FC has detailed three luxury seating products for McDonald’s Park, its new stadium planned to open in 2028. The club’s premium seating site lists 600 seats across the Chairman’s Club, field seats and loge seats.
The invite-only Chairman’s Club is limited to 80 centerline seats on the 100 level. Its published benefits include heated seats, all-inclusive dining and drinks, VIP parking at one pass per four seats, and access to all stadium events.

Field seats sit along the sideline and include access to two player-tunnel hospitality spaces: The Speakeasy and the Tunnel Club. The Fire describes The Speakeasy as a cocktail bar with views of the player tunnel. Field-seat memberships list 17 MLS matches and two cup matches, all-inclusive hospitality and heated seats.

The loge product offers semi-private heated seating areas for four to six guests on Suite Level A. It includes access to a dedicated suite-level club, food and selected drinks, and the same 19-match package listed for field seats.
The Chicago Sun-Times reported prices of about $10,000 to $25,000 per seat across the three products, citing Fire chief ticketing officer Ted Glick. Sales begin October 7 at 9 a.m. CT, first for season-ticket members, followed by deposit holders and then the general public, according to the club. The Fire plans a private launch event October 8 for select guests and prospective members. Levy Restaurants will provide food and beverage service for the three clubs.

The premium spaces were designed with Gensler, with heated outdoor seats and climate-controlled indoor areas. The more-than-22,000-seat stadium is under construction at The 78 in Chicago’s South Loop. The Fire previously put the privately funded project at $750 million.
