Baltimore Ravens Add FlockYard Premium Tailgating Product Outside M&T Bank Stadium
The new three-story hospitality structure adds 20 loft suites, a rooftop, and a central courtyard on the stadium’s northeast side, extending the Ravens’ premium inventory beyond the building itself as part of the broader M&T Bank Stadium renovation.
The Baltimore Ravens are introducing FlockYard, a new premium tailgating and hospitality product outside M&T Bank Stadium that is scheduled to open for the 2026 season. The permanent three-story structure sits on the stadium’s northeast side facing Camden Yards, and is part of the club’s larger stadium renovation program.
FlockYard includes 20 loft suites, each measuring 16 by 16 feet, along with a rooftop area and a central courtyard. The Ravens’ hospitality page says each loft package includes 20 lower-level game tickets, two parking passes, a private climate-controlled loft with televisions and upscale furnishings, premium pregame food and drink, and access to rotating food and entertainment activations in the courtyard. Sports Business Journal reported that liquor will be sold separately.

The project replaces the temporary tent-based setup previously used for hospitality on that side of the venue. Sports Business Journal reported that one goal of the roughly $500 million M&T Bank Stadium renovation is to improve the food-and-beverage experience on the north side of the stadium, and that FlockYard, together with the new Gatehouse kitchen, gives the Ravens and Levy a more centralized operating model than serving guests across roughly 25 separate tents.
The Ravens are also planning a standing-room-only product tied to the space, without access to the loft suites but with admission to the courtyard and rooftop. That creates a second tier within the new hospitality zone, giving the team another price point beyond the fully private loft package.
“We wanted this to feel almost like a suite experience, only on the outside.” – Rich Tamayo, Senior Vice President, Stadium Operations and Fan Experience, Baltimore Ravens
Sports Business Journal reported that the FlockYard assembly project cost a little more than $7 million and should be completed in time for BTS concerts at M&T Bank Stadium on Aug. 10 and 11, giving the structure use beyond Ravens game days. The same report said the modular design and shallow foundation avoided the need to move utilities under the northeast corner of the stadium.
The Ravens are positioning FlockYard as a premium corporate and personal outing product. On the team’s premium hospitality site, the club describes it as the revamped successor to Hospitality Village and markets it as a destination for premium group events at M&T Bank Stadium.
