LG Signs as Official Display Partner for New Capital One Arena
The multi-year partnership brings LG Direct View LED across the transformed venue and introduces the all-inclusive LG Collective premium destination.
Monumental Sports & Entertainment has named LG Electronics USA the official TV, commercial display, and appliance partner of the reimagined Capital One Arena, placing LG technology across the arena’s fan-facing, hospitality, and business environments.
The long-term agreement, announced September 16, is aligned with ANC, which will oversee integration, implementation, and ongoing service for the display systems. The work will bring LG Direct View LED to new exterior displays, interior LED and television displays, and digital installations in the arena’s business and conference center.

At the center of the deployment is the new LG-powered Visibowl, which replaces traditional concourse walls with more than 500 feet of immersive digital displays. The system is intended to keep fans connected to the live event as they move through the building, while supplying an expanded platform for real-time content, wayfinding, sponsorship integration, and venue storytelling.
“The New Capital One Arena is undergoing the most significant transformation in its history, with technology playing a central role in redefining the fan experience.” – Jim Van Stone, President of Business Operations and Chief Commercial Officer, Monumental Sports & Entertainment
The partnership also introduces the LG Collective, a premium seating destination scheduled to open at the start of the 2026/27 season for Washington Wizards and Washington Capitals games, along with select arena events.
Located on the District Level, formerly the 100 Level, the LG Collective combines an upscale lounge and bar with all-inclusive food and beverage service, views into the bowl, and club seats connected to the space. The concept is designed as a gathering point for fans and season ticket holders before, during, and after events, with LG technology integrated throughout the environment.
LG’s venue-wide role will extend to games for the Capitals, Wizards, and Washington Mystics, as well as concerts and other events. The company’s display platform will support the arena’s next phase of live-event presentation across general admission, premium hospitality, and corporate settings.
Phase Two of the arena transformation is nearing completion, according to MSE. The project pairs the LED infrastructure with broader investments in hospitality, fan engagement, and venue operations.
“LG’s technology platform, paired with ANC’s best-in-class integration and game-day content expertise, will deliver sports fans and concert goers a dynamic digital experience across every level of the venue.” – Jerry N. Cifarelli, President and CEO, ANC
