Houston Texans Tap Bludorn for Ultra-Premium Gameday Dining
The Michelin Guide-recommended Houston restaurant will create curated menus for the new BMW Lone Star Ballroom and BMW M Club Blue at Reliant Stadium.
The Houston Texans have selected Bludorn as culinary partner for the team’s new ultra-premium gameday experiences, bringing chef Aaron Bludorn’s Texas Gulf Coast cuisine to the BMW Lone Star Ballroom and BMW M Club Blue for the 2026 season.
The Michelin Guide-recommended restaurant, part of Bludorn Hospitality Group, will provide curated menus specifically for members of the two hospitality spaces, which the Texans introduced in December as new premium experiences located steps from the field at Reliant Stadium.

Bludorn’s gameday menu will include passed canapés such as a potato grouper sando, RC Ranch wagyu hot dog, fried chicken nuggets, and English pea and buffalo mozzarella barbajuan. Entrées and larger dishes include Bludorn’s smoked short rib ravioli with blue cheese, fig, and red onion; potato gnocchi with Hatch chilis, corn purée, and pecorino pepato; Southwest Caesar salad with chili dressing; and seared short rib with Pierre poivre and bordelaise.
Dessert service will include Baharat donuts with crème anglaise, raspberry tartlets, and chocolate chip cookies. The selections extend the restaurant’s seasonal Gulf Coast approach and French influences into the Texans’ new hospitality program.

The BMW Lone Star Ballroom combines the Bludorn dining program with premium valet parking, pregame field access, appearances by Texans Legends and VIP guests, and Texans-themed gifts. The hospitality experience is sold as an add-on to a member’s game ticket.
The BMW M Club Blue is an ultra-premium space located within the Lone Star Ballroom. Members receive chauffeured transportation to the stadium in a BMW vehicle, an exclusive entrance, and a guided route through the stadium leading to a speakeasy-style hospitality space. Guests are greeted with their preferred drink and custom Bludorn menu selections, with Pro Football Hall of Famer Andre Johnson and other Texans guests scheduled to make appearances.
M Club Blue also includes pregame field access, viewing of team introductions from the visiting team tunnel, a personal gameday concierge, and custom Texans luxury merchandise. BMW serves as presenting partner of both spaces and Official Luxury Vehicle of the Texans under a multi-year partnership.
The Bludorn partnership creates a distinct restaurant-led culinary program within the Texans’ broader stadium F&B operation. ARAMARK Sports + Entertainment remains the licensed food, beverage, and retail operator at Reliant Stadium and throughout NRG Park, according to the Texans.
The BMW Lone Star Ballroom and BMW M Club Blue are part of an expanding premium portfolio at Reliant Stadium. The Texans are also introducing the all-inclusive H-Town Loge for 2026, featuring lounge seating, VIP parking, private bar access, in-console televisions, and all-inclusive food and beverage.
