Denver's Ball Arena to Begin First Phase of Premium Suite Renovations
The project will update 24 luxury suites with Kroenke Sports & Entertainment rebranding the inventory as Legacy and Signature Suites.
Kroenke Sports & Entertainment will begin renovations this summer on 24 luxury suites at Ball Arena, with the first wave of upgraded inventory scheduled to debut for the 2026-27 seasons of the Nuggets, Avalanche, and Mammoth. The initial phase includes 16 suites on the 100 level and eight on the 200-level club tier.
The renovated inventory will be rebranded as Ball Arena Legacy Suites on the 100 level and Signature Suites on the 200 level. KSE said the redesigned spaces will include new quartz countertops and walls, new finishes and appliances, new high-end seating, and added branding opportunities for annual suite holders.

Construction is set to begin following the NBA and Stanley Cup playoffs, with the first set of suites targeted for completion in July. KSE said the remaining 65 suites in Ball Arena’s 89-suite inventory will be upgraded later in small groups to limit the impact on in-season availability.
That makes the project a focused premium-hospitality reinvestment rather than a broad public-facing renovation. The work is aimed squarely at one of the arena’s highest-yield product categories, with refreshed interiors and new sponsor-facing inventory for annual suite holders.
“Our expectation is for Ball Arena to offer a gameday experience that rivals any in the country. This is an important first step in reimagining our building to ensure we are giving Denver sports fans and our teams the world-class home they deserve.” – Mike Neary, Executive Vice President, Business Operations and Real Estate
KSE also said additional Ball Arena renovations will be announced as they are confirmed. The company tied the suite project to the broader long-term redevelopment of its 55-acre downtown property surrounding the arena, which is expected to include a hotel, a mid-size entertainment venue, a central park, shopping, dining, and residential and office towers.
