Augusta Arena Details Suites, Windsor Club and Upgraded Hospitality for 2027 Opening
The $250 million arena will add suites for four to 23 guests, a renamed Windsor Club, premium bars and expanded hospitality when it opens in summer 2027.
Augusta Arena is outlining its premium seating and hospitality program ahead of its planned summer 2027 opening. The $250 million, 10,500-seat venue will replace the former James Brown Arena and connect to the historic Bell Auditorium.
In an interview with WJBF, Phoebe Breckenridge, Director of Partnerships and Premium Seating at Oak View Group, said the new suites will accommodate groups of four to 23. The club will carry the Windsor Club name through a partnership with Windsor Fine Jewelers. She also described two luxury bars and a carving station on the suite level, along with a hospitality program that will bring in private chefs.

The arena’s official site lists luxury suites, open suites, loge boxes and club seats among its premium options. Its club area will be reserved for club-seat members and include a private bar. The premium program also offers party suites and club box seats.

Oak View Group will manage the arena. The new venue will be home to the Augusta Lynx when ECHL hockey returns for the 2027–28 season. According to WJBF, premium seating packages include tickets to the club’s 36 home games.
The arena reached a structural milestone in September when the final steel beam was placed. Perkins&Will is the project architect, and PCL Construction leads the construction management team.
