# UCF Opens Expanded Roth Tower With 1,700+ Premium Seats

The **University of Central Florida** has opened **Roth Tower at Acrisure Bounce House** following an $88 million expansion that adds more than 1,700 premium seats and significantly expands the hospitality inventory at the Knights’ football stadium. The four-level project includes 28 luxury suites, 34 new outdoor Sky Suites, loge boxes, expanded club seating, and new indoor and outdoor hospitality spaces. 

The project was supported by a $90 million commitment in Orange County Tourist Development Tax funding, approved in 2023 as part of an effort to use sports to drive tourism and economic activity. UCF Athletics hosts approximately 570 events annually, attracting more than 968,000 people each year. 

Roth Tower’s usable club space has increased 256%, from 4,400 square feet to 15,650 square feet, including approximately 11,000 square feet of conditioned space. Two new outdoor club areas on the north and south sides add more than 2,300 square feet each, while the number of club seats has increased 42%. 

The expanded **Tower Club** features premium padded chairbacks along the UCF sideline and access to the indoor club lounge, with all-inclusive food and non-alcoholic beverages, an upscale cash bar, private restrooms, multiple televisions, and a mix of gameday and lounge seating. Single-game Tower Club seats are priced at $500, with a $750 VIP package adding premium parking, a pregame locker-room tour, and field access. 

**Levy** is UCF Athletics’ food and beverage hospitality partner and is developing the culinary program across Roth Tower’s club lounges, loge boxes, Sky Suites, and luxury suites. The partnership includes chef-driven premium menus, local Orlando restaurants and purveyors, expanded self-service technology, and elevated catering for private and social events at UCF athletic venues.

The new **Sky Suites** introduce a semi-private, open-air format on the fourth and fifth levels of the tower’s north and south wings. Each accommodates 12 guests and includes an under-counter refrigerator, locking storage, all-inclusive food and non-alcoholic beverages, premium cash bar access, televisions, a dedicated attendant, and private suite-level restrooms. Only a limited number remained available ahead of the 2026 season, with single-game pricing at $7,500\. 

UCF’s 28 traditional **Luxury Suites** have also been expanded, increasing 38% in size. The climate-controlled suites accommodate 22 guests and include operable windows, lounge seating, multiple televisions, a full-size refrigerator, customizable upscale menus, and options for pre-stocked alcoholic beverages. Additional service elements include mobile candy, dessert and ice cream, and cocktail carts.

Four-seat **Loge Boxes** provide another premium tier, combining covered table seating with access to the expanded Tower Club and outdoor club lounges. Packages include all-inclusive food, a premium cash bar, televisions, and dedicated attendant service. Single-game pricing is $2,500, with a $3,000 VIP option that includes parking, a locker-room tour, and pregame field access.

The project also provides additional shade across portions of the stadium bowl, while a new premium parking area and promenade create an upgraded arrival route from the Hagle Football Gateway into the stadium complex. 

Premium memberships extend beyond UCF football games. Roth Tower members will have access to a year-round programming schedule with a minimum of five events per month, including executive networking events, wine and cocktail tastings, Sunday brunches, rocket launch viewings, away-game watch parties, special-event dinners, arts and music programming, and behind-the-scenes tours. Members also receive discounted rental pricing for private meetings and events and first right of refusal for additional events hosted at Acrisure Bounce House. 

**AECOM** designed the Roth Tower expansion, with **Barton Malow** serving as construction manager. Barton Malow describes the completed project as an approximately 85,000-square-foot expansion designed to operate as both a premium gameday facility and year-round event destination.

The new Roth Tower opens as UCF marks the 20th anniversary season of Acrisure Bounce House and represents the stadium’s largest expansion of premium inventory since its opening.
