The **Baltimore Orioles** will convert part of the left-field upper deck at **Oriole Park at Camden Yards** into a social space, removing approximately 2,000 seats. The team estimates the ballpark’s adjusted seating capacity at 40,234 when the project is complete.

Planned features include drink rails, standing-room viewing areas, gathering zones with tables and chairs, a central bar, concessions and televisions. The space will be accessible to all ticketed fans. The Orioles also plan to rent it for private events on non-game days.

We’ve listened to our fans, who have expressed a desire for more social spaces that offer a vibrant atmosphere to gather, connect, and cheer on the O’s together. We’re confident this will quickly become a popular destination inside our gates next season.” – **Catie Griggs, Orioles President, Business Operations**
