**Ohio State** will debut nine new field-level luxury suites at **Ohio Stadium** for the 2026 football season, introducing a premium product directly behind the south end zone priced at $142,700 per suite for the season.

The suites accommodate 12 seated guests, with room for additional standing-room guests, and sit just feet from the playing field. They are part of Ohio State’s broader **South End Zone Premium Seating** project, which also adds approximately 400 premium chairback seats above the suites.

The 400 chairbacks were offered at $6,000 per seat for the season and have sold out for 2026\. Ohio State describes them as the widest chairback seats in the stadium.

Both products are tied to another major hospitality addition opening this season, the new **1922 Club**. Chairback buyers receive full club access, while suite purchasers receive social access to the space.

The climate-controlled 1922 Club opens three hours before kickoff and remains open for one hour after the game, with all-inclusive food, beer, and wine. Spirits are available from a cash bar. The club also includes private restrooms, televisions, a dedicated premium entrance, member-only events, limited-edition merchandise, and dedicated sales and service support.

Food and beverage service extends directly to the new south end zone chairbacks through all-inclusive in-seat service, allowing guests to remain close to the field during play. Dedicated restrooms and access to purchase gameday parking are also included.

The 1922 Club is also designed for year-round use. Its restaurant operates Tuesday through Saturday on non-game days, while members can host private events and attend exclusive programming inside the club.

Ohio State has also introduced **Bunker Suites** inside the 1922 Club for the 2026 season. Those private spaces accommodate 12, 14, or 24 guests and include all-inclusive food and beverage plus dedicated South End Zone chairback seating. Most 2026 home games have already sold out, with remaining packages starting at $12,000 for select games.

One of the most distinctive elements of the South End Zone premium experience is the arrival route. Guests enter through the same tunnel used by the Ohio State football team to travel between its locker room and the field.

The approximately $5 million project also uses a modular approach to create high-value inventory without a major permanent reconstruction of the 104-year-old stadium. **Front Row Suites** supplied the nine field-level structures, which are ADA compliant and can be removed for non-football events. The suites use steel structural framing, engineered aluminum components, insulated walls, HVAC, electrical systems, and lounge furniture. Installation and commissioning take roughly three weeks once site preparation is complete.

The modular design gives Ohio State another way to capture premium demand inside one of college football’s most historic venues while retaining flexibility for concerts and other non-football uses.

> “It also marks a small key step in the ongoing modernization of Ohio Stadium, ensuring this iconic and wonderful venue continues to evolve while honoring the traditions that make it so special.” **– Ross Bjork, Senior Vice President and Wolfe Foundation-Eugene Smith Endowed Athletics Director, Ohio State**

The project also required the Ohio State University Marching Band to move from the south stands to the north end, returning to the area it occupied before the stadium’s 2001 renovation.

The premium project also brings together several industry partners. **Front Row Suites**, a sister company to Party Shack, supplied the nine modular field-level suites, while **OSPORTS and HNTB** designed the new 12,000-square-foot 1922 Club. **Pepper Construction** is serving as Construction Manager at Risk for the $16 million club project, which includes a full-service bar, kitchen, private dining rooms, retail space, and accommodations for approximately 750 guests. **JPMorganChase** serves as presenting sponsor of the club, with the sponsorship relationship facilitated in collaboration with **Learfield’s Ohio State Sports Properties**.
