# Mizzou Unveils $250 Million North End Zone Transformation at Memorial Stadium

**Missouri** has completed the $250 million **Memorial Stadium Centennial Project**, unveiling a fully rebuilt north end zone at Faurot Field just in time for the stadium’s 100th season. The two-year project encloses the north end of the venue and significantly expands Mizzou’s premium inventory with **2,280 new premium seats**, including 71 suites, 140 loge boxes, mezzanine club seating, and a new field-level hospitality club tucked beneath the historic **Rock M Hill**. 

The project adds approximately **160,500 square feet of new construction**, including about 98,000 square feet of enclosed premium space, while pushing **Memorial Stadium’s** capacity to nearly 65,000\. The north end zone reached substantial completion in August, with final cleaning, furniture installation, sound testing, and punch-list work completed ahead of the 2026 opener. 

Drone footage released by Mizzou offered the first full look at the finished structure, including the new north façade, enclosed bowl, Rock M Hill, premium seating decks, and video board. 

The most distinctive new product is the **Rock M Club**, a 300-person field-level hospitality space built directly underneath the reconstructed Rock M Hill. The club provides access to food and beverage service, restrooms, and field-level views, while preserving one of Memorial Stadium’s most recognizable traditions above it. 

Fourteen **field-level open-air suites** sit directly on Faurot Field, each with 16 tickets and access to the adjacent Rock M Club. The format gives guests one of the closest premium viewing positions in the stadium while pairing the outdoor suite product with indoor hospitality. 

The redevelopment also introduces **140 four-seat loge boxes** positioned on the east and west sides of the north end zone. Each includes a loge table, with food-service options available, while premium loges in the lower rows receive access to the Rock M Club. In total, the project adds **628 loge seats**.

Above them, Mizzou has added **28 traditional premium suites** on the second level. Each accommodates 20 guests with 16 seats and four standing-room tickets, plus an indoor social area, glass walls overlooking the field, food and beverage service, televisions, and a private restroom. 

Another **270 Mezzanine Club seats** provide access to an adjoining premium hospitality space overlooking both the university campus and Memorial Stadium, with food and beverage service and private restrooms. 

The upper premium level includes **24 Tiger Den suites**, an open-air product Mizzou describes as “living room meets Memorial Stadium.” Each covered social space is designed for approximately 12 guests and may include televisions, mini refrigerators, lounge seating, and food and beverage service. 

The premium expansion is only one component of the broader Centennial Project. Stadium-wide improvements include upgraded **restrooms and concessions**, enhanced Wi-Fi, LED field lighting, a new sound system, upgraded ribbon boards, a new team store, and a new recruiting center in the south end zone. Mizzou has also created event space intended for community, university, and athletics use throughout the year. 

The project carries a significant sponsorship component as well. **EquipmentShare** holds naming rights to the new North End Zone premium club as part of an expanded relationship with Mizzou Athletics, with the sponsorship sold through **Learfield** and Mizzou’s multimedia rights operation. 

The design and construction team includes **DLR Group** as architect and **Whiting-Turner** as general contractor for the north end zone, with **Thornton Tomasetti** providing structural engineering. Thornton Tomasetti’s work included structural systems supporting the new premium seating, hospitality, and reconstruction around the Rock M Hill.

The project also preserves and reintroduces **The Hill**, the general-admission grass seating area surrounding the Rock M. Its footprint is smaller following construction, and access is now ticketed due to reduced capacity, but the tradition remains integrated directly above the new premium club. 

Mizzou enters the 2026 season with a program-record **20-game sellout streak**, and the completed north end zone gives the school substantially more high-value inventory as it begins the stadium’s second century.

The Memorial Stadium Centennial Project opens officially with Missouri’s Sept. 3 home opener against Arkansas-Pine Bluff.
