# Hurricanes Fans See Lenovo Center’s Next Phase as Arena Adds Premium Spaces

**Carolina Hurricanes** fans returned to **Lenovo Center** for a preseason game and a first in-person look at this summer’s arena upgrades. The visit connected several parts of the venue’s phased overhaul: refreshed lower-bowl seating, reworked circulation, new family amenities and concessions, alongside an expanding event-level premium offer.

The most immediate change for many ticket holders is in the bowl. The project replaced lower-bowl seats and reconfigured aisles on the 100 level. ABC11 reported that some season-ticket holders were moved as a result. Fans also encountered upgraded restrooms and family facilities, plus a second grab-and-go concession area on the third level. The work gives the arena’s daily guest experience a more visible role in a renovation that also creates new hospitality inventory.

At event level, the **Lenovo Legend Club** serves select rows near the ice and holders of the arena’s **Bunker Suites**. The Hurricanes’ plans call for all-you-can-eat food stations and a full-service bar in the club. The bunker concept separates a private lounge from the live view: suite holders have seats in the first rows of the lower bowl, while monitors in the private space carry an exclusive camera feed of the game. Lenovo Center now markets the suites as open, with catered food and beverage service.

The upper bowl has its own hospitality addition. The **View Bar**, which opened in February, occupies the former sections 317–319 and is available to all event guests. The adjacent grab-and-go space and restroom refresh extend the upgrade beyond customers buying a premium ticket. Together, these spaces show how the project is pairing high-yield inventory with broader improvements to time spent in the building.

Further work remains. The Hurricanes and arena partners have outlined expanded east and west entrances, a larger team store, a year-round beer hall, refreshed main and club-level concourses, and changes to suites and loges.
