Delaware North Expands Stadium F&B at MetLife and EverBank
New 2026 programs pair local flavors, low-price fan favorites, premium concessions, club activations, and personalized retail at two NFL venues.
Delaware North Sportservice is rolling out expanded food, beverage, and fan-experience programs at MetLife Stadium and EverBank Stadium for the 2026 NFL season, with the two properties balancing local menu development, value offers, premium items, and club-level enhancements.
At MetLife Stadium, the hospitality partner for the New York Giants and New York Jets is adding a second Nonna Fusco’s/Pasta Fresca location, expanded Garden State Rippers and Fat Rooster availability, refreshed Tacos Roqueros, and a carved-to-order filet mignon sandwich. The filet marks Sportservice’s first use of freshly carved filet mignon in the stadium’s general concessions program.

The MetLife menu leans into regional references. Garden State Rippers serves Thumann’s natural-casing hot dogs, including Colombian-style and Jersey chili cheese versions, while Pasta Fresca will offer rotating specials such as Sunday Gravy during colder-weather Giants and Jets games.
Sportservice is also expanding a personalized retail activation outside the flagship store, where fans can design and purchase laser-engraved footballs on site. After preseason demand, the company plans to extend the offering to suite holders during the regular season.
“This season’s additions blend fan-favorite concepts, new culinary offerings and interactive retail experiences.” – Bill Lohr, General Manager, Sportservice at MetLife Stadium
In Jacksonville, Sportservice’s 2026 concessions program for the Jacksonville Jaguars includes Jacksonville-inspired dishes alongside a new Fan First Favorites value menu. The River City Heatwave combines crispy tater tots, hand-breaded shrimp, popcorn chicken, datil pepper sauce, blue cheese, peppers, chives, lemon, and celery-carrot salad. The Red Zone Burger and Poquet Quesadillas join the new offerings at 904 Prime Burger and Yucatan Cantina.

The EverBank Stadium program also adds Mac ’n Cheese Bars in the Lower Clubs, with toppings including buffalo chicken, pulled pork, bacon, barbecue sauce, cheddar, and pickled jalapeños. Little Caesars joins the Jaguars as a new sponsor, with pizza and Italian Cheese Bread available at general-concession and Upper Club locations.
Fan First Favorites places hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, candy, pretzels, and select 12-ounce beers at $4.99 across Stadium Classics and Gallagher Clubs locations. Sportservice is also extending its informed-dining allergen program from its 2025 launch into clubs and general concessions.
“Our team is focused on offering something memorable for every guest throughout the stadium.” – Steven McQueeny, Executive Chef, Sportservice at EverBank Stadium
The parallel programs show Sportservice using different levers at its NFL venues: MetLife adds premium and interactive retail elements, while EverBank combines localized menu development with explicit price points and wider allergen information.
