UK insurance giant Aviva has secured the naming rights for Bristol's new 20,000-capacity indoor arena, to be called Aviva Arena when it opens in late 2028 at the historic Brabazon hangar site at Filton Airfield. The venue will feature approximately 2,000 premium seats ranging from private boxes (named after individual Concorde aircraft) to premium lounges and two premium restaurants with architectural nods to the iconic jet. Expected to attract 1.4 million visitors annually across 120+ events, the arena is a centerpiece of the broader YTL Live development, projected to contribute £1B to the Bristol economy in its first decade.
