Athletics Sell Out Athletic Club as Circa Adds Dugout and Hotel-Linked Seats
The Las Vegas ballpark’s behind-home-plate club is fully committed ahead of 2028, while a founding-partner deal gives Circa dugout-side hospitality and outfield seats for hotel packages.
The Athletics have sold out the Athletic Club at their planned Las Vegas ballpark 17 months before its scheduled 2028 opening. The team said 76% of buyers are from Southern Nevada and nearly 70% are individuals rather than businesses.
Reserved for premium season-ticket holders behind home plate, the Athletic Club is being developed with restaurateur Will Guidara and Aramark Sports + Entertainment. Plans include a private entrance, a speakeasy-inspired design with tributes to A’s history and dining modeled on a classic steakhouse. The team’s sales site describes a private supper club with multi-course table service and an adjoining lounge. With Athletic Club inventory sold, the adjacent Diamond Club remains the most exclusive premium product still on sale.
The ballpark’s other premium inventory includes assets tied to the Athletics’ first founding partnership. In September, the team named Circa Resort & Casino and Circa Sports its official resort and sportsbook partners. Their agreement includes the Circa Dugout Box, a 22-seat hospitality area connected directly to the home dugout, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
Circa will also use “Time of Your Life” seats in the outfield for hotel packages that combine a stay at its downtown resort with an Athletics game. Coliseum reports the seats will be high in right-center field. Circa has not announced package prices or availability.
The 33,000-seat ballpark is under construction on the former Tropicana site on the Las Vegas Strip and is planned to open for the 2028 MLB season.
