# Arsenal, Legends Global Launch ‘1886 by Arsenal’ at Emirates Stadium

**Arsenal** and **Legends Global** have launched **1886 by Arsenal**, a new matchday food and beverage program at **Emirates Stadium** featuring locally sourced products, upgraded concessions, new technology, and operational changes designed to improve speed of service.

Named for Arsenal’s founding year, the concept launches for the 2026-27 **Premier League** season and represents Legends Global’s first season overseeing food and beverage at the stadium. The program is built around a North London identity, with Legends Global working with local suppliers and producers while redeveloping menus across the venue.

The new retail menu includes fried chicken brined in-house for 48 hours before being coated with a custom herb and spice blend. Arsenal’s own-recipe burger was developed with its butcher using three cuts of British-farmed beef, chuck, brisket, and rib, while the chicken burger features Lesley’s jerk sauce, produced by a family-run artisan supplier in Islington. 

Local sourcing extends to hot dogs made with sausages from Cobble Lane in Islington, containing 92% British pork and produced in North London. Willy’s Pies, which Legends Global said has strong links to Arsenal’s heritage, is also part of the new offering. 

The North London emphasis extends into Arsenal's premium hospitality program. Club Level includes 14 food kiosks, while hospitality products feature locally sourced small plates and menus tied to the club's history and surrounding neighborhoods. The Foundry Legends restaurant offers seasonal British dishes, while Executive Box menus include concepts inspired by North Bank and Islington.

Operational changes accompany the new menus. For the first time since Emirates Stadium opened in 2006, chips are available as a side throughout the Lower Tier General Admission Concourse. Expanded self-pour beer facilities have been installed to reduce queues and waiting times, while two concessions now feature frictionless tap-in technology for faster food and beverage purchases. New meal deals have also been introduced for younger supporters.

Legends Global has also invested in new equipment as part of the transition, with changes spanning menu development, ingredients, local supplier relationships, and service operations. 

The 1886 by Arsenal identity gives the club a branded platform for its stadium-wide F&B program rather than treating concessions solely as an operational service. Arsenal’s history, North London location, local producers, and club-specific recipes are incorporated throughout the concept.

The program launches as Legends Global begins its first season handling the Emirates Stadium food and beverage operation, giving the hospitality provider a platform to continue developing the menus, technology, service model, and local partnerships beyond the initial 1886 by Arsenal rollout.
